These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website zettologistics.com and any services provided by Zetto Logistics LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms.
Zetto Logistics LLC is a licensed motor carrier (USDOT 4553479 · MC 1808732) providing interstate freight transportation services including Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, and LTL shipping. All services are subject to applicable FMCSA regulations and our rate confirmation agreements.
Submitting a quote request through our website does not constitute a binding contract. A binding transportation agreement is formed only upon execution of a signed Rate Confirmation or Bill of Lading between the parties.
Rates quoted are estimates based on information provided. Final rates may vary based on actual weight, dimensions, fuel surcharges, and accessorial charges.
Our cargo liability is governed by the Carmack Amendment (49 U.S.C. § 14706) and our standard Bill of Lading terms. Our cargo insurance coverage is $250,000 per occurrence. Shippers with higher-value cargo should declare value in writing prior to shipment or arrange additional insurance.
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, acts of God, road closures, regulatory inspections, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Payment terms are Net 30 days from delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge. In case of collection proceedings, the shipper/broker agrees to pay reasonable attorney's fees and collection costs.
